Design coordinated with the installation

Open profiles, closed slats and mesh infill create different looks. Many fence models have a matching pedestrian gate. Width and height depend on the system and use; the pedestrian route should remain convenient.

Posts, wall connections and fittings

Depending on the site, a gate can be fixed between posts or to existing structures. Load capacity, opening angle and hinge side must be suitable. Model documentation distinguishes standard 90° hinges from possible 180° solutions on request.

Opening and closing to suit your needs

Handles, a profile cylinder and keys provide conventional operation. Depending on the version, an electric strike, closer or suitable automation can be added. Not every feature can be combined with every structure.

Plan the bell and access control too

An intercom, keypad, RFID or compatible app can be integrated into the entrance. Letterbox columns and cable routes should be planned early. We clarify which functions you actually need.

Available colours and finishes vary by material and model. The selected sample is definitive.

A finish suited to the material

Steel versions can be galvanised or galvanised and powder-coated. Suitable fine-textured finishes are available for aluminium. Colour, texture and specification are agreed before manufacture. Wood effect is a separate finish for compatible systems.

Powered pedestrian gates need their own design

An electric strike releases the lock; a swing-gate operator also moves the leaf. These functions are different. For an automated pedestrian gate, the operator, fittings, controls, emergency release and suitable safety devices are coordinated together.

Installation and commissioning

Access technology can be supplied with installation and commissioning by agreement. Cable routes, power supply and connections to the letterbox column should be agreed before manufacture. The installation scope depends on the site.

Is there a pedestrian gate in my fence design?

For many models, yes. Model pages show fence panels and matching gate types with separate technical specifications.

Can I add an electric strike?

Yes, with a suitable specification. The lock, frame, power supply and controls must be compatible.

What is the difference between an electric strike and a gate operator?

An electric strike unlocks the lock. A suitable gate operator also moves the pedestrian gate.

What is included as standard?

Depending on the version, handles, a cylinder lock, keys and suitable hinges are provided. The precise equipment is agreed for the model.
